Our refund policy applies to the following products:
- Ideal Author: Our authoring tool for content creation, available in various editions.
- Oujeeb: Our AI assistant software designed for ease and efficiency.
Our software products come with two subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: This plan includes a 2-day trial.
- Annual Subscription: This plan includes a 7-day trial.
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription within the trial period. For monthly subscriptions, this is within the first 2 days, and for annual subscriptions, it's within the first 7 days.
To qualify for a refund, it must not exceed the trial period.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, a receipt, or an activation code, to facilitate the refund process.
3. Refund Process
In both the "Ideal Author" and "Oujeeb" applications, you can conveniently locate the subscription cancellation button within the "About" or "Information" section.
When canceling your subscription, please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request, along with the necessary proof of purchase.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized software configurations.
- Services that have already been rendered.
- Products downloaded or activated after the trial period.
