2. Oujeeb: Our AI assistant software designed for ease and efficiency.

• Subscription Plans

 Our software products come with two subscription options:

1. Monthly Subscription: This plan includes a 2-day trial.
2. Annual Subscription: This plan includes a 7-day trial.

• Time Frame

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription within the trial period. For monthly subscriptions, this is within the first 2 days, and for annual subscriptions, it's within the first 7 days.

• Condition

To qualify for a refund, it must not exceed the trial period.

• Proof of Purchase

You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, a receipt, or an activation code, to facilitate the refund process.

In both the "Ideal Author" and "Oujeeb" applications, you can conveniently locate the subscription cancellation button within the "About" or "Information" section.
