• "Subscription": Refers to the paid access to our software products for a specific period.

3. Trial Subscriptions

3.1. Eligibility: Ideal Author and Oujeeb extend a complimentary trial subscription for a period of 2 days for monthly subscriptions and 7 days for annual subscriptions. Each user is eligible for one trial per product, per individual, or per organization.

3.2. Features: During the trial period, you may access and use the features available in the paid subscription.

3.3. Cancellation: Cancellation of your trial subscription is possible at any time during the trial period. Detailed instructions on the cancellation process can be found in the 'About' section of our products.

4. Paid Subscriptions

4.1. Pricing: The pricing for our monthly and annual subscriptions is outlined on our website and may be subject to change. By subscribing, you agree to the current pricing at the time of purchase.

4.2. Billing: Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method on the due date of each billing cycle. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.
